4.         Case 06-V-02.  A request by Randy L. Hebert for a variance to Section 19-101, Paragraph 6 of the Town Code in order to allow for the construction of an addition that would extend 4.8 feet into the required 15-foot side yard setback.  The property is located at 126 Page Place.
