4.         Case 06-V-06.  A request by E. Norris Tolson for a variance to Section 19-101, Paragraph (4) of the Town Code in order to allow for the construction of an addition to an existing dwelling that would extend 5 feet into the required 30-foot front yard setback.  The property is located at 103. W. Summer Place.
