of Emerald Isle Planning Board
Members attending: Chairman Art Daniel, Anne Erikson, Frank Erwin, Pat Patteson, Ed Dowling, and Pam Minnick. Discussion centered around the submission from Chairman Daniel. It was agreed that it is a viable proposal with the biggest issue being, for the time being, to delete the portion titled "Possible Additional Requirements for Residential Lots (in areas of a lot not previously described)." This proposal will be forwarded to the Planning Board for the March 24, 2003 meeting to be considered at the Joint meeting of the Town Board and Planning Board at a later date.
