MINUTES OF SPECIAL JOINT MEETING
OF THE EMERALD ISLE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS, PLANNING BOARD AND BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
MONDAY, JULY 29, 2002 – 9:00 A.M. – TOWN HALL             The Emerald Isle Board of Commissioners held a joint meeting with the Planning Board and Board of Adjustment on Monday, July 29, 2002 beginning at 9:30 A.M. at the Emerald Isle Town Hall for the purpose of holding a Land Use Planning and Regulation Workshop.  Mr. David Owens with the Institute of Government at the university of North Carolina at Chapel Hill made the presentation and answered questions.  Attached to these Minutes is an outline of the various discussions that took place.

            All Board Members were in agreement with adjournment at 2:00 P.M.
