Yoga

Taught by certified Yoga instructors on staff, these classes focus on basic Yoga postures and introductory asanas (Yogic exercises) for the beginning Yoga student or for those who want to strengthen their foundational Yoga skills.

Yoga Fees:

• $2 per class for members

• $7 per class for non-members.

Intro to Yoga …as therapy

Taught by medically certified Yoga & Pilates instructors on a contracted basis, these classes are designed & instructed by physical therapists and doctors as therapeutic exercise for the back, mind and body.

Yoga as Therapy Fees:

• $5 per class for members

• $10 per class for non-members.
