There will be a FREE informal program introduction/orientation on Wednesday, March 2nd @ 10:30am.
The one hour training sessions are facilitated by Certified Small Group Trainer Candace Cole and will take place on Mondays & Wednesdays at 10:30am -11:30am or 12:00pm -1pm from March 7th – March 30th at the Emerald Isle Parks and Recreation Community Center. Cost is $99 for first month and no facility membership is required. Space is limited to 10 participants.
