Safety Training for Employees

All Town employees should watch the following four videos and take the test at the end as their safety training for the year.

Important Employee Info for 2022

  • Health Savings Accounts - new limits for 2022 - Annual contribution limits (includes all employer and employee elected contributions made in the tax year). Those with individual plans in 2022 may contribute $3,650, a $50 increase from the 2021 limits. Those with dependents covered in 2022 may contribute $7,300. Employees 55 or older may contribute an additional catch-up amount of $1,000.
  • 401k / 457 Plan - limits for 2022 - The elective deferral (contribution) limit for employee 401k and 457 Plan accounts for 2022 will be $20,500. The catch-up contribution limit for employees aged 50 years old or older by December 31 is $6,500.
