3. Consider the election of a member of the Board of Adjustment to serve as its Vice-Chairman.
4. Consider approval of the minutes for the meeting held on November 15, 2006
5. Case 07-V-01. A request by J.R. and Sandra Ingram for a variance to Section 19-101, Paragraph 6 of the Town Code. The request is for a variance to the required side yard setback of 15 feet which would allow for the construction of a new single-family dwelling that would extend to within 10 feet of the side property line. The property is located at 10514 Coast Guard Road and is more specifically known as Lot 17 of the West End Subdivision.
