Artists and the artistically aspiring meet on Wednesday from 12-4pm at Emerald Isle Community Center to critique, create and converse.  All are welcome.  

Community Woodworkers’ Club

1st Thursday of each month at 7pm in the Town Board Meeting Room.  All levels are welcome.  Neither tools nor woodshop are required.  

Crystal Coast Camera Club

The Crystal Coast Camera Club meets in the lounge area of the Emerald Isle Parks and Recreation Community Center on the(2nd Tuesday of every month from  6:30pm –close.

Philately Club

Interested in Stamp Collecting?  The Emerald Isle Philately (Stamp) Club welcomes new members!:  The Emerald Isle Philately (Stamp) club has been an active club meeting in Emerald Isle for 22+ years.  The group meets twice a month on the 2nd and 4th Thursday of each month at 7:00pm in the Town Board Meeting Room, 7500 Emerald Drive (located in the Emerald Isle Police Department building next to the water tower - entrance is through the rear doors and then through the double doors to the right). 

The Emerald Isle Philately Club is the only stamp club within 50 miles.  The club is a member of the American Philatelic Society, as well as The United Stamp Society. 

Members may buy from these circuits.  The club gets a new batch each month.  Most meetings have no set time to end.  For more information please call George Kukhorn at 252-354-5127. 

Emerald Isle Supper Club

Emerald Isle Supper Club meets January through May and September through December on the 3rd Thursday of those months, 6:30-8pm. Pot-luck buffet. Casual attire. Supper Club of Emerald Isle is a place for locals to meet up. Location: Town Complex at Mile Marker 19, meeting room next to Police Department.  All Emerald Isle residents and their guests welcome. Emerald Isle Supper Club has been in existence for over 30 years. It participates in two charitable events, a charitable pot-luck picnic 3rd Thursday in May at Blue Heron Park, beneficiary 2014 & 2015, Marine Corps Special Operations Command (MARSOC ) Foundation. You too can donate to MARSOC Foundation. Local contact, for brochure/donation, Barb Dohlen, The MARSOC Foundation supports the Marines, Sailors and families of Marine Corps Forces Special Operations Command.  Its mission includes supporting wounded, ill and injured MARSOC personnel and their families and honoring fallen MARSOC Marines and Sailors and assisting their families. Explorer Post 2010, a Boy Scouts of America, Learning for Life program

Emerald Isle EMS, Inc. sponsors this program that provides high school youths, ages 14-21, the opportunity to learn about different career fields.  Post 2010 participants are introduced to the knowledge and skills required for pre-hospital emergency medical care, including a "ride-a-long" ambulance program.  Meetings are held at 6:00 pm, the second and fourth Tuesday of each month, at Emerald Isle EMS, 7600 Emerald Drive, Emerald Isle, NC 28594.  Contact Joe Quigley or Blake Young at (252) 354-2249 for more info!
