The Town of Emerald Isle is currently accepting bids for the annual Phase II - Vegetative and C&D (Construction and Demolition) Debris Removal Contract for the Storm Seasons through June 30, 2019. Bidders’ Instructions and Proposal Forms may be obtained from the Town Administration Building located at 7509 Emerald Dr., Emerald Isle, NC, or by contacting Ms. Rhonda Ferebee, (252) 354-3424. Sealed bids will be addressed to “DEBRIS REMOVAL CONTRACT” at 7500 Emerald Dr., Emerald Isle, NC 28594. Deadline for submittal of bids will be 11:00AM on Thursday, April 5, 2018 at which time the bids will be opened and read aloud to the public in a conference room made available in the Town Administration Building located at 7509 Emerald Dr., Emerald Isle, NC. Interested parties are recommended to attend the Pre-bid Conference scheduled at 10:30AM on Thursday, March 22, 2018 in a conference room made available in the Town Administration Building located at 7509 Emerald Dr., Emerald Isle, NC.
The Town of Emerald Isle reserves the right to reject any or all project proposals.

Town Seeks Proposals for Purchase and Development of Islander Drive Land
The Town of Emerald Isle is seeking proposals from prospective developers for a) the purchase and redevelopment of a local government-owned 1.846-acre parcel located at 203 Islander Drive, and b) if desired, the associated development of public facilities that will complement the private development project, promote additional quality development in the Islander Drive area, promote additional economic activity in Emerald Isle, and result in significant public benefits for residents and visitors of Emerald Isle.
