4. Planning Board entering into Quasi-Judicial Proceeding for Continued Variance Case (Staff Briefing)

5. Continued Case 21-V-01. A request submitted by Tom Fetter for a variance to Chapter 5, Table 5.1 "Table of Dimensional Standards" and Chapter 10, 10.2 Definitions Building Setback Line, Front, Side, Rear. The request is for a variance to the required minimum front yard setback of 30 feet and 3' encroachment for elevator shafts in order to allow for the placement of two elevators on the duplex that would extend into the required setbacks. The property is located at 3114 Ocean Drive. 

a. Continued CaseZ (remains open from March 2021 hearing)

b. Swear in Witnesses (All those giving testimony not sworn in at previous meeting - March 2021)

c. New Testimony from staff, owner or owner's representative, or other relevant testimony not heard from previous meeting (March 2021)
