Planning Board

The Planning Board meets monthly on the fourth Monday of the month at 6 PM in the Town Board Meeting Room at 7500 Emerald Drive, with the following exceptions: the May 2025 Planning Board meeting would be held on Monday, May 19, the third Monday in May, to avoid conflict with the Memorial Day holiday, the November 2025 Planning Board meeting would be held on Monday, November 17, the third Monday in November, to avoid conflict with the Thanksgiving holiday, and the December 2025 Planning Board meeting would be held on Monday, December 15, the third Monday in December, to avoid conflict with the Christmas holiday.
