Notice of Special Meeting
The public is hereby notified that the Emerald Isle Board of Commissioners will hold a Special Meeting on Thursday, October 31, 2024 at 4:00 PM in the Floyd Messer, Jr Town Hall Board Room, 7500 Emerald Drive, Emerald Isle, North Carolina. The meeting was called by Mayor Pro-Tem Taylor and Commissioner Sanderson. The purpose of this meeting is to discuss the Town’s legal representation as it pertains to potential UDO Violations at 330 Live Oak Street and other properties.
