PUBLIC NOTICE – TOWN OF EMERALD ISLE

The Town of Emerald Isle is currently accepting bids for Local Drainage Improvements:  Lee Avenue, Reed Drive, and Cedar Street.

Complete specifications including related addendums may be obtained from the Town’s website at https://www.emeraldisle-nc.org,  and at the Town Administrative Offices, 7509 Emerald Drive, Emerald Isle, NC 28594 between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, or from Laura Rotchford, Finance Director, by request via email to lrotchford@emeraldisle-nc.org.

Sealed bids will be received until 3:00 p.m. EST on November 10, 2022, in the office of the Town Manager, 7500 Emerald Drive, Emerald Isle, NC 28594. The words “Local Drainage Improvements:  Lee Ave., Reed Dr., & Cedar St.," the date, and bid opening time shall be stated on the front of the bid envelope. Questions should be directed to the Town Engineer no later than 12:00 p.m. on November 7, 2022.

PUBLIC BID OPENING WILL BE AT 3:00 P.M. EST ON November 10, 2022, at Town Hall located at 7500 Emerald Drive, Emerald Isle, NC 28594. 

The Town of Emerald Isle reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
