At the May 10, 2022, Board of Commissioners meeting, the Board unanimously appointed Jim Normile to fill an unexpired term on the Board. He will serve until the November 2023 election, at which time the seat will be available again. This seat was originally held by Candace Dooley, who resigned in April.
Commissioner Normile was previously appointed in 2014 to fill an unexpired term following the passing of Commissioner Nita Hedreen. He then was re-elected twice and served until 2021.
